Level III – Precinct Strategy:

This class is geared toward building a strong (1) precinct, campaign, and activist organization and (2) developing a winning strategy in your precinct, campaign, and group to maximize the vote in your precinct (sphere of influence).

The class is open to all Republican Party and conservative activists seeking to build stronger campaigns and organizations in their efforts to impact elections and issues.

It is community organizing for Republicans and conservative activists. This class covers advanced precinct organization techniques, the inside-outside strategy, volunteer recruitment and training, affecting your circle of influence, canvassing essentials, how to design and implement a successful canvassing campaign, mock canvassing exercises will be part of the instruction, the need for and importance of targeting, and Get Out the Vote (GOTV) efforts.  Computer is recommended.

As part of this strategy session, participants will receive an excel workbook file to facilitate training and enhance performance.  Workbook includes respective Republican Primary Voters, volunteers, and other data.  Class is presented using a slide presentation and is, in part, computer based.  Each attendee, if they have not already received it, will receive a copy of The Precinct Leader’s Manual, Texas Activist Edition.
