Level IV – GOP Database Training for Precinct Chairs, Campaigns, and Activists:

This class shows the activist how to access, utilize, and manipulate the several databases available for exploitation to successfully target voters in their precinct.

The class covers precinct performance indicators and how to use these indicators to assess precinct performance.  It is largely computer based. Requires knowledge of spreadsheets and data (statistical analysis) manipulation.  With that said, all precinct chairs and conservative activists are encouraged to attend the class to introduce themselves to computers and database management.  Class is presented using both slide presentation and computer-based graphics.
